If you decide to contract my services some variation of the following will occur:

1. You and I will convene to define & agree on the exact terms of project scope in order to craft an accurate cost estimate. Any revisions to the project scope should be finalized at this time.

2. I will provide you with a Consulting Services Agreement which will include scope, tasks & milestones, deliverables, time & cost estimates and other essential details. Signatures and 1/2 payment of the total estimate will initiate the contract.

3. You will be given access to my company intranet/project management system. I will define the project in the system. I will configure an issue and time tracker for accurate reporting.

4. The project will commence development. Work will continue until terms are complete.

5. Testing will commence. Project terms having been met, a brief sign-off questionnaire is completed.

6. Final balance is settled.

7. A brief exit interview/questionnaire is given to gauge satisfaction.

8. Approximately 2 weeks later I will follow up to ensure you still feel your needs were properly met. (Only for clients with whom I don't have an ongoing relationship)
